Hunting
- As mentioned, hunting may only be allowed in the Prey Pool.
- The pack has to complete at least one large and successful hunt every season.
- Not every hunt is successful - that means hunting more than once sometimes.
- To kill large prey there should be at least three wolves minimum. These wolves will have to be aged over a year.
- The more the merrier - if there's more wolves involved, the chance that there'll be a catch rises.
- Be realistic while hunting - you can't dive onto a deer from six feet away.
- Lone wolves can hunt around pack's borders - large prey do not roam here but small prey such as rabbits and squirrels are common.
Small prey includes -
Rabbits
Squirrels
Birds such as robbins and crows - occasionally larger prey such as herons and ravens are available.
Large prey includes -
Elk [spring and summer]
Deer [spring and summer]
Wild cattle [mostly autumn and winter]
Moose [mostly autumn and winter]
Fighting
- Battles are usually to fight for a rank or a [fe]male.
- Don't fight 'just because'; it wastes time and precious energy for wolves involved.
- No PPing or GMing.
- If there is more than two wolves involved in a fight, PM me.
- If you are challenged, you must reply to it with a week otherwise you will loose whatever you was challenged for.
- If you can't decide on a winner fairly, a mod will.
- You may only fight in the Deathy Shallows.
- Not too much gore. Wolves barely shed blood while fighting.
- You may only kill a character if the role player has said you could in OOC.
- Be realistic - if you've sustained a broken leg, it will take a while to heal, whereas small wounds won't take too long.
